AutoApply helps you fill out job application forms. It never submits an application for you — you review and submit every application yourself.
Your profile, résumé and cover-letter files, answer library, application tracker and settings are stored locally in your browser. We do not receive them.
Rule-based autofill works without contacting our servers. You need an account only for AutoApply Pro.
If you use AI, only the inputs needed for that feature are sent to your own provider (BYOK) or, with AutoApply Pro, through our server to the provider we configure (currently Anthropic). Requests can include job-page form and posting text, relevant profile details, résumé text you choose to import, or text extracted from a pitch deck you choose to import. The original pitch-deck file stays in this browser. Our server does not store request content; providers process it under their applicable terms and settings.
We do not sell personal data, show ads, use analytics or telemetry SDKs, collect your browsing history, or track you across websites.
2. Who we are
AutoApply is operated by Orlikon, LLC, a United States company (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the controller (under Turkish law, the veri sorumlusu) for the personal data that our servers and website process as described in this policy. Data that stays on your device is under your control; we have no access to it.
AutoApply stores the following in Chrome’s extension storage (chrome.storage.local) in your Chrome profile on your device. It uses local storage, not Chrome Sync, so this data is not copied to your Google account.
Profile: name, preferred name, pronouns, email, phone number, postal address, date of birth (optional), nationality, headline and summary, profile links (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio), work history, education, skills, languages, certifications, job preferences (including salary expectations and notice period), work-authorization answers and other answers you add.
Voluntary self-identification (EEO) answers: gender, race/ethnicity, Hispanic/Latino status, veteran status and disability status. These are optional and default to “Decline to answer”. They may include sensitive (special-category) data. These saved fields are not included in AutoApply AI requests, but information you enter elsewhere, including in a résumé or instructions, may reveal sensitive information.
Files: résumé/CV and cover-letter files you add (up to 8 MB each).
Answer library: questions and the answers you saved.
Application tracker: company, job title, page address, applicant-tracking system, dates, status, your notes and how many fields were filled.
Settings: AI mode and model choices, answer style, sites where you hid the button, notification preferences.
Your own AI API keys (BYOK): encrypted with AES-GCM using a non-extractable key held in the extension’s browser storage. Keys are never included in exports and never sent to us.
If you sign in: your sign-in session tokens and a cached copy of your plan and AI credit balance.
Pro job matches: recent results and the jobs you saved or dismissed.
Temporary tab data (chrome.storage.session): the job posting detected in a tab and the latest autofill report for that tab. It is cleared when the tab closes or the browser restarts.
We cannot see, access or recover this data. It remains until you delete it in AutoApply’s settings, remove the extension (Chrome then deletes the extension’s storage) or clear it through Chrome. Anyone with access to your Chrome profile may be able to see it, so protect your device and operating-system account. JSON exports you create are files on your device; they exclude API keys and sign-in tokens but include your profile and files, so keep them safe.
4. How the extension reads web pages
Application forms live on thousands of company domains and applicant-tracking systems, often inside embedded (cross-origin) frames. To recognise them wherever they appear, AutoApply’s content script runs on the pages you open. On a page it:
reads the structure of form fields — labels, field types, help text and the options of dropdowns, radio buttons and checkboxes — to decide whether the page contains an application form and how to fill it. Password fields, payment-card fields, hidden fields and CAPTCHAs are skipped;
reads visible job-posting text (title, company, location, description) when a page looks like a job posting, so that AI answers and job-fit analysis can refer to the role. This is kept only in temporary tab storage;
fills fields and attaches files only when you ask — by clicking Autofill, pressing the keyboard shortcut, using the right-click menu or using the side panel. If you turn on the optional “auto-continue” setting, it also fills new steps of a multi-step form you started filling in the last 30 minutes. It does not click Submit, Apply or Next buttons;
notices when you click a submit or apply button on a form it filled, and looks for the site’s confirmation message (such as “Thank you for applying”), solely to update that application’s status in your local tracker: “Sent (unverified)” after the click, “Applied” once a confirmation appears or you confirm it. If no confirmation appears, AutoApply asks you instead of assuming.
Form detection runs locally on your device. The extension does not record your browsing history or keystrokes, does not read pages for any purpose other than finding and filling application forms, and sends nothing to our servers while you browse. Page content leaves your device only when you use an AI feature (section 6), and then only the inputs that feature needs.
5. Data processed on our servers
Our backend runs on Supabase (database, authentication and server functions) hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Supabase processes this data on our behalf as our processor. An account is required for AutoApply Pro and account-based usage limits, including the one-time first job-fit analysis available once per signed-in account.
Account data: email address, user ID, sign-in method and account timestamps. You sign in with “Continue with Google”. If you use Google, Google shares your email address and basic profile information (name and profile picture URL) with our authentication service; we use only your email address to identify your account.
Subscription data received from Stripe: Stripe customer ID, plan, subscription status and renewal or cancellation dates. Never card numbers.
AI usage counters: the type of task (for example “cover letter”), credits used, token counts, the model used and timestamps. We also record whether the one-time first job-fit allowance has been used for the account. These records never contain the content of your requests or results.
Content of managed AI requests (sections 6 and 7): processed in memory to produce the result, then discarded. We do not store it.
Technical logs: IP address, timestamps, requested endpoint, response status and browser user agent may be processed by our infrastructure providers for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Retention depends on the providers’ actual settings and policies.
Public AI catalog configuration: when you open BYOK settings, refresh that catalog or start a BYOK AI operation, the extension may request non-secret catalog and default metadata from our public Supabase endpoint; it caches this configuration for five minutes. The endpoint receives no API keys, prompts, profile data or user session token. As with any request, infrastructure providers may process the request IP address and standard browser/request data in their logs.

Our website
This website uses no cookies or analytics. It stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage and may also read a language choice from the page URL (for example, a ?lang= parameter). When you load a page, the requested URL and standard request data are sent to our web host, Vercel Inc., which processes server logs such as IP address, user agent and requested page to deliver and protect the site. Retention depends on the host’s actual settings and policies.
6. AI features: what is sent, and where
AI features are: drafting answers to open questions, filling fields that the rules cannot map, rewriting an answer on your instruction, writing cover letters, job-fit and eligibility analysis (one first successful analysis per signed-in account uses 1 AI credit; further analyses require Pro), reading a résumé you select to fill in your profile (“résumé import”), and importing startup facts from a pitch deck you choose (Pro). You choose one of three modes in settings:

Your AI request payload (including its API key and prompt) goes directly from your browser to the provider and does not pass through our servers. Separately, the extension may fetch non-secret catalog/default metadata from our public Supabase endpoint when you open or refresh BYOK settings and before a BYOK AI operation; that request contains no key, prompt, profile data or user session token. Standard infrastructure logs may include your IP address and browser/request data. The provider processes your AI request under your own agreement with that provider.
Managed AI (signed-in account)
For the one-time first job-fit check and Pro features, our server checks your account and credit balance and forwards the request to the provider configured by AutoApply (currently Anthropic). One successful first check is available per account; further job-fit checks require Pro. We may change the managed provider through server configuration.
The request in transit, without storing it. We record only the usage counters described in section 5.
AI providers process requests under their own terms, privacy notices and settings, which may change. Their retention and use of request data depend on those terms and settings. We do not promise a fixed retention period for provider-held data.
What an AI request contains
The form inputs needed for the task: field labels, types and options, or the text of the questions and any length limits.
The job posting from the current page: title, company, location, description and page address.
A data-minimised profile: your name and email; headline and summary; city, region and country; profile links; approximate years of experience; work history (employer, title, location, dates, description); education; skills; languages; certifications; job preferences (such as desired roles and locations, salary expectation and notice period); work-eligibility answers (such as the countries where you are authorised to work, whether you need sponsorship, whether you are over 18 and whether you hold a driving licence); and your “how did you hear about us” answer.
For open questions: up to four related question-and-answer pairs from your answer library, as examples of your facts and style.
Instructions you type (for example “make it shorter”) and your answer-style settings (tone, length, language).
For startup applications: the company and product facts you save and select for that application. Tax IDs and registration numbers are excluded. For Pro pitch-deck import, text extracted locally from the deck you select is sent to our AI server and configured provider. The original file is not uploaded or retained by us; you review proposed facts before saving them locally.
For résumé import only: the text extracted on your device from the résumé file you select. This text can include anything written on your résumé, such as your phone number or address.
Never included: your phone number, street address and postal code, date of birth, nationality or pronouns from your profile (except where they appear in résumé or pitch deck text you choose to import); your voluntary EEO answers; your API keys; the résumé files themselves; your application tracker; or any other pages you have visited.
Although the dedicated EEO fields are not included in AutoApply AI requests, other text you choose to send — including résumé text, saved answers, profile fields or your instructions — may contain sensitive or special-category personal data. Remove such information from the content before using an AI feature. We cannot guarantee that arbitrary text you submit will never contain it.
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review it before you submit an application.
7. Job recommendations (Pro)
Our server regularly collects publicly available job postings from official public job-board APIs — such as the public posting APIs of Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, Remotive and Arbeitnow, and optionally Adzuna and Jooble. These postings describe employers’ vacancies; we do not send any data about you to these sources.
When you ask for matches — and, while job alerts are on (the default for Pro; you can turn them off in settings), automatically every few hours in the background — the extension sends the data-minimised profile described in section 6, your search filters (keywords, location, remote-only, how recent) and the identifiers of jobs you have already seen or dismissed. Our server shortlists postings, uses the currently configured Anthropic model to score them and write short reasons and concerns, and returns the results. Your profile summary is processed in memory and is not stored.
While alerts are on, Chrome shows a notification when strong new matches appear. You can turn alerts off at any time in settings.
Match scores are suggestions to help you prioritise. They are not decisions about you and are never shared with employers.
8. Payments
Payments for AutoApply Pro are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal. Stripe collects your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your Stripe customer ID, plan, subscription status and renewal dates and, where needed for tax and invoicing, limited billing details such as your billing country. Stripe also processes data as an independent controller for its own purposes, such as fraud prevention and legal compliance — see stripe.com/privacy.

We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in. Dedicated EEO fields are not included in AutoApply AI requests, but free-text content you choose to send may contain sensitive or special-category data. Not our recipients: the AI provider you use in BYOK mode (you deal with them directly under your own agreement); employers, job sites and applicant-tracking systems (you submit your application to them yourself, and their privacy policies apply); and job sites you open from job matches.
International transfers. Some listed providers may process data outside Turkey, the EEA or the UK. We have not verified or completed the transfer safeguards required for these transfers, including any applicable contracts, certifications, assessments or KVKK filings. This policy does not represent that a valid transfer mechanism is in place. Processing flows that transfer personal data to an affected destination are not approved for public launch until the applicable safeguards and notices have been established.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, account data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy. We will tell you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Legal requests. We may disclose data if required by law or a binding order, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or AutoApply.
11. Retention

We do not retain request content after processing. AI providers may retain data under their own terms, policies and settings; see section 6. Provider retention periods are not set by us.
Subscription and billing records
Our account-linked copy is deleted with the AutoApply account, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal purposes. Stripe retains data under its own policies and legal obligations, separately from our account deletion process.
Technical logs and backups
Retention depends on the actual settings and policies of the relevant infrastructure providers; we have not established a fixed period.
Support messages
Until the request is resolved and for as long afterward as needed for an applicable dispute or legal obligation; then deleted, subject to provider backup retention.
12. Your choices and controls
Keep AI off and nothing leaves your device for AI. Use BYOK to keep AI traffic strictly between you and your provider.
Hide the Autofill button on any site or turn it off entirely; turn off job alerts in settings; block notifications in Chrome.
Limit site access in Chrome (Extensions → AutoApply → Details → Site access) to “On click” or specific sites. Autofill then works only where you allow it.
Export, import or delete all local data from AutoApply’s settings.
Delete your AutoApply account in settings. This deletes your AutoApply server account and usage records, cancels any active AutoApply subscription and wipes AutoApply’s data in that browser profile. The sign-in identity shared with other Orlikon services and your accounts in those services are not deleted by this action. Contact us to request deletion of that shared sign-in identity. If you used AutoApply in other browser profiles, delete the local data there too. Billing records we must keep by law are retained as described in section 11.
13. Your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing (including processing based on legitimate interests), to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
Send your request from the email address registered with your account to omerdogan0@gmail.com to exercise your rights. We respond within one month; for complex requests, we may extend this by up to two further months and will inform you of the extension. Because most AutoApply data is stored only on your device, we cannot access or delete it for you; use the controls in section 12.
14. Your rights in Turkey (KVKK, Law No. 6698)
This policy describes our processing of personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). The data controller is Orlikon, LLC, United States. Personal data is collected electronically through the extension and website, and from Stripe and Google (if you use Google sign-in), for the purposes and on the legal grounds in section 9. Some providers may process data abroad; the applicable transfer safeguards have not been verified or completed as described in section 10.
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
learn whether your personal data is processed;
request information about the processing if it is;
learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose;
know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred;
request rectification if your data is incomplete or inaccurate;
request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7;
request that the actions in (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred;
object to a result against you that arises from analysis exclusively by automated systems;
claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
You may submit your application in writing to our correspondence address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, or send it from the email address registered with your account to omerdogan0@gmail.com, in accordance with the applicable rules on applications to data controllers. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest, unless an applicable fee is permitted by law. If we reject your application, our response is insufficient, or we do not respond in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days after learning our response and, in any event, within 60 days after your application.
15. California and other US states
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use personal information for advertising, advertising profiles, or credit or lending decisions. AI requests may contain sensitive personal information if you include it in text you submit; recipients are described in section 10.
Personal information processed through the Service may include identifiers (email address, user ID and IP address), commercial information (subscription status), internet or other electronic network activity (usage counters and technical logs), and professional or employment-related information in AI and job-matching requests. Sources, purposes and recipients are described in sections 5–10.
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and are protected against discrimination for exercising applicable rights. Residents of other US states may have rights where their state privacy law applies. You may use an authorised agent with written permission. Send requests from the email address registered with your account to omerdogan0@gmail.com; we will verify control of that email address.
16. Children
AutoApply is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
17. Security
All network traffic between the extension, our servers, Stripe and AI providers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Our database enforces row-level access controls so each account can reach only its own records; staff access follows the principle of least privilege; our providers encrypt stored data at rest. BYOK keys are encrypted on your device, and the extension restricts its sensitive session data to its own trusted pages. No system is perfectly secure; if a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.
18. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular, we use data handled by the extension only to provide AutoApply’s single purpose — helping you fill out job applications — and its user-facing features. We do not sell it; we do not use or transfer it for advertising, including personalised advertising; we do not use or transfer it to determine creditworthiness or for lending; we transfer it only as needed to provide the service, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; and no human reads it unless you ask us to (for example in a support request), it is necessary for security or abuse investigations, or the law requires it.
19. Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page with a new “last updated” date. For a material change — for example, a new category of data leaving your device — we will give notice on this website before it takes effect.

4. Eklentinin web sayfalarını nasıl okuduğu
Başvuru formları binlerce şirket alan adında ve aday takip sisteminde, çoğu zaman da başka bir kaynaktan yüklenen gömülü çerçevelerin (iframe) içinde bulunur. Bunları nerede olurlarsa olsunlar tanıyabilmek için AutoApply’in içerik betiği açtığınız sayfalarda çalışır. Bir sayfada:
form alanlarının yapısını okur — etiketler, alan türleri, yardım metinleri ve açılır liste, seçenek düğmesi ve onay kutusu seçenekleri — böylece sayfada bir başvuru formu olup olmadığına ve nasıl doldurulacağına karar verir. Parola alanları, ödeme kartı alanları, gizli alanlar ve CAPTCHA’lar atlanır;
sayfa bir iş ilanına benziyorsa görünür ilan metnini okur (pozisyon, şirket, konum, açıklama); böylece YZ cevapları ve uygunluk analizi pozisyona atıfta bulunabilir. Bu bilgi yalnızca geçici sekme depolamasında tutulur;
alanları yalnızca siz istediğinizde doldurur ve dosya ekler — Otomatik doldur düğmesine tıkladığınızda, klavye kısayoluna bastığınızda, sağ tık menüsünü veya yan paneli kullandığınızda. İsteğe bağlı “otomatik devam” ayarını açarsanız, son 30 dakika içinde doldurmaya başladığınız çok adımlı bir formun yeni adımlarını da doldurur. Gönder, Başvur veya İleri düğmelerine tıklamaz;
doldurduğu bir formda gönder veya başvur düğmesine tıkladığınızı fark eder ve sitenin onay mesajını (ör. “Başvurunuz alındı”) arar; bunun tek amacı, yerel takip listenizdeki durumu güncellemektir: tıklamadan sonra “Gönderildi (doğrulanmadı)”, onay mesajı göründüğünde veya siz onayladığınızda “Başvuruldu”. Onay görünmezse AutoApply varsaymak yerine size sorar.
Form algılama cihazınızda yerel olarak çalışır. Eklenti tarama geçmişinizi veya tuş vuruşlarınızı kaydetmez, sayfaları başvuru formlarını bulup doldurmak dışında hiçbir amaçla okumaz ve siz gezinirken sunucularımıza hiçbir şey göndermez. Sayfa içeriği cihazınızdan yalnızca bir YZ özelliğini kullandığınızda (bölüm 6) ve yalnızca o özelliğin ihtiyaç duyduğu girdilerle sınırlı olarak çıkar.
5. Sunucularımızda işlenen veriler
Altyapımız Avrupa Birliği (Frankfurt, Almanya) bölgesinde barındırılan Supabase (veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama ve sunucu fonksiyonları) üzerinde çalışır. Supabase bu verileri bizim adımıza, veri işleyen sıfatıyla işler. AutoApply Pro ve hesaba bağlı kullanım sınırları için hesap gerekir; buna giriş yapılmış hesap başına bir kez sunulan ilk işe uygunluk analizi hakkı da dahildir.
Hesap verileri: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı kimliği, giriş yöntemi ve hesap zaman damgaları. “Google ile devam et” seçeneğiyle giriş yaparsınız. Google’ı kullanırsanız Google, e-posta adresinizi ve temel profil bilgilerinizi (ad ve profil fotoğrafı bağlantısı) kimlik doğrulama hizmetimizle paylaşır; hesabınızı tanımlamak için yalnızca e-posta adresinizi kullanırız.
Abonelik verileri (Stripe’tan alınır): Stripe müşteri kimliği, plan, abonelik durumu ve yenileme veya iptal tarihleri. Kart numaraları asla alınmaz.
YZ kullanım sayaçları: işlem türü (ör. “ön yazı”), kullanılan kredi, token sayıları, kullanılan model ve zaman damgaları. Hesabın ilk işe uygunluk analizi hakkını kullanıp kullanmadığını da kaydederiz. Bu kayıtlar istek veya sonuçların içeriğini içermez.
Yönetilen YZ isteklerinin içeriği (bölüm 6 ve 7): sonucu üretmek için bellekte işlenir, ardından atılır. Saklanmaz.
Teknik kayıtlar: IP adresi, zaman damgaları, istenen uç nokta, yanıt durumu ve tarayıcı bilgisi; güvenlik, hata ayıklama ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi amacıyla altyapı sağlayıcılarımız tarafından işlenebilir. Saklama, sağlayıcıların fiilî ayar ve politikalarına bağlıdır.

Bu web sitesi çerez veya analiz aracı kullanmaz. Dil tercihiniz tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur; ayrıca sayfa adresindeki bir dil parametresi (ör. ?lang=) okunabilir. Bir sayfayı açtığınızda istenen URL ve standart istek bilgileri web barındırma sağlayıcımız Vercel Inc.’e gönderilir. Vercel, siteyi sunmak ve korumak için IP adresi, tarayıcı bilgisi ve istenen sayfa gibi sunucu kayıtlarını işler. Saklama, sağlayıcının fiilî ayar ve politikalarına bağlıdır.
6. YZ özellikleri: ne, nereye gönderilir
YZ özellikleri şunlardır: açık uçlu sorulara cevap taslağı hazırlama, kuralların eşleştiremediği alanları doldurma, bir cevabı talimatınıza göre yeniden yazma, ön yazı yazma, işe uygunluk ve başvuru koşulu analizi (giriş yapılmış hesap başına ilk başarılı analiz 1 YZ kredisi kullanır; sonraki analizler Pro gerektirir), seçtiğiniz bir özgeçmişi okuyarak profilinizi doldurma (“özgeçmişten aktarma”) ve seçtiğiniz pitch deck’ten girişim bilgilerini çıkarma (Pro). Ayrı olarak eklenti, BYOK ayarlarını açtığınızda veya kataloğu yenilediğinizde ve BYOK ile YZ işlemi başlatmadan önce herkese açık Supabase uç noktamızdan gizli olmayan katalog/varsayılan bilgilerini alabilir ve bu bilgileri beş dakika önbellekte tutar; bu istekte anahtar, istem, profil verisi veya kullanıcı oturum belirteci bulunmaz. Standart altyapı kayıtları IP adresinizi ve tarayıcı/istek bilgilerini içerebilir. Sağlayıcı YZ isteğinizi onunla yaptığınız kendi sözleşmeniz kapsamında işler.
Yönetilen YZ (giriş yapılmış hesap)
Hesabınız ve kredi bakiyeniz kontrol edilir; ilk işe uygunluk analizi ve Pro özellikleri için istek şu anda Anthropic olan, AutoApply tarafından yapılandırılmış sağlayıcıya iletilir. Hesap başına bir başarılı ilk analiz sunulur; sonraki kontroller için Pro gerekir. Yönetilen sağlayıcı sunucu yapılandırmasıyla değiştirilebilir.
İletim sırasındaki istek; saklanmaz. Yalnızca bölüm 5’te açıklanan kullanım sayaçlarını kaydederiz.
YZ sağlayıcıları istekleri kendi koşulları, gizlilik bildirimleri ve ayarları kapsamında işler; bunlar değişebilir. İstek verilerinin sağlayıcı tarafından ne kadar süre tutulduğu ve nasıl kullanıldığı ilgili koşul ve ayarlara bağlıdır. Sağlayıcıların tuttuğu veriler için sabit bir saklama süresi taahhüt etmiyoruz.
Bir YZ isteği neleri içerir
İşlem için gereken form girdileri: alan etiketleri, türleri ve seçenekleri ya da soruların metni ve varsa uzunluk sınırları.

Veri asgarileştirilmiş bir profil: adınız ve e-postanız; başlık ve özet; şehir, bölge ve ülke; profil bağlantıları; yaklaşık deneyim yılı; iş deneyimi (işveren, unvan, konum, tarihler, açıklama); eğitim; yetenekler; diller; sertifikalar; iş tercihleri (ör. hedef pozisyonlar ve konumlar, maaş beklentisi, ihbar süresi); çalışma uygunluğu cevapları (ör. çalışma izniniz olan ülkeler, vize sponsorluğuna ihtiyaç, 18 yaşından büyük olup olmadığınız, ehliyet); ve “bizi nereden duydunuz” cevabınız.
Açık uçlu sorular için: bilgilerinize ve üslubunuza örnek olarak cevap kütüphanenizden en fazla dört ilgili soru-cevap çifti.
Yazdığınız talimatlar (ör. “daha kısa yap”) ve cevap stili ayarlarınız (ton, uzunluk, dil).
Girişim başvurularında: kaydedip başvuru için seçtiğiniz şirket ve ürün bilgileri. Vergi ve sicil numaraları dahil edilmez. Pro pitch deck aktarımında, seçtiğiniz sunumdan cihazınızda çıkarılan metin AI sunucumuza ve yapılandırılmış sağlayıcıya gönderilir. Orijinal dosya bize yüklenmez veya tarafımızdan saklanmaz; önerilen bilgileri cihazınıza kaydetmeden önce incelersiniz.
Yalnızca özgeçmişten aktarma için: seçtiğiniz özgeçmiş dosyasından cihazınızda çıkarılan metin. Bu metin, özgeçmişinizde yazan her şeyi — örneğin telefon numaranızı veya adresinizi — içerebilir.
Hiçbir zaman dahil edilmeyenler: profilinizdeki telefon numarası, açık adres ve posta kodu, doğum tarihi, uyruk veya hitap şekli (aktarmayı seçtiğiniz özgeçmiş veya pitch deck metninde geçmeleri hariç); gönüllü EEO cevaplarınız; API anahtarlarınız; özgeçmiş dosyalarının kendisi; başvuru takibiniz; ziyaret ettiğiniz diğer sayfalar.
Ayrı EEO alanları AutoApply YZ isteklerine dahil edilmez. Ancak özgeçmiş metni, kayıtlı cevaplar, profil alanları veya talimatlar gibi göndermeyi seçtiğiniz diğer metinlerde hassas ya da özel nitelikli kişisel veriler bulunabilir. Bir YZ özelliğini kullanmadan önce bu tür bilgileri gönderilecek içerikten çıkarın. Serbest metin girdilerinizde bu tür verilerin hiçbir zaman bulunmayacağını garanti edemeyiz.
YZ çıktıları hatalı veya eksik olabilir. Bir başvuruyu göndermeden önce mutlaka kontrol edin.
7. İş önerileri (Pro)
Sunucumuz, resmî ve herkese açık iş ilanı API’lerinden — örneğin Greenhouse, Lever ve Ashby’nin herkese açık ilan API’leri, Remotive ve Arbeitnow ile isteğe bağlı olarak Adzuna ve Jooble — herkese açık iş ilanlarını düzenli olarak toplar. Bu ilanlar işverenlerin açık pozisyonlarını tanımlar; bu kaynaklara sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri göndermeyiz.
Eşleşme istediğinizde — ve iş bildirimleri açık olduğu sürece (Pro’da varsayılan olarak açıktır; ayarlardan kapatabilirsiniz) birkaç saatte bir arka planda otomatik olarak — eklenti bölüm 6’da açıklanan veri asgarileştirilmiş profili, arama filtrelerinizi (anahtar kelimeler, konum, yalnızca uzaktan, ilan tarihi) ve daha önce gördüğünüz veya kapattığınız ilanların kimliklerini gönderir. Sunucumuz ilanları ön elemeden geçirir, bunları puanlamak ve kısa gerekçeler ile dikkat edilecek noktaları yazmak için şu anda yapılandırılmış Anthropic modelini kullanır ve sonuçları döndürür. Profil özetiniz bellekte işlenir ve saklanmaz.
Bildirimler açık olduğu sürece, güçlü yeni eşleşmeler çıktığında Chrome bir bildirim gösterir. Bildirimleri ayarlardan istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
Eşleşme puanları önceliklendirme yapmanıza yardımcı olan önerilerdir. Hakkınızda verilmiş kararlar değildir ve işverenlerle asla paylaşılmaz.
8. Ödemeler
AutoApply Pro ödemeleri Stripe Checkout ve Stripe müşteri portalı aracılığıyla Stripe tarafından işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi doğrudan Stripe toplar; kart numaranızın tamamını hiçbir zaman görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Stripe müşteri kimliğinizi, planınızı, abonelik durumunuzu ve yenileme tarihlerinizi; vergi ve faturalama için gerektiğinde fatura ülkesi gibi sınırlı fatura bilgilerini alırız. Stripe ayrıca dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi ve yasal yükümlülükler gibi kendi amaçları için bağımsız veri sorumlusu olarak veri işler — bkz. stripe.com/privacy.

Şirket işlemleri. Bir birleşme, devralma veya varlık satışına dahil olmamız hâlinde hesap verileri, bu politikaya tabi olarak söz konusu işlemin bir parçası olarak aktarılabilir. Verileriniz farklı bir gizlilik politikasına tabi olmadan önce sizi bilgilendiririz.
Yasal talepler. Kanunen veya bağlayıcı bir karar gereği ya da kullanıcılarımızın, kamunun veya AutoApply’in haklarını, emniyetini ve güvenliğini korumak için verileri açıklayabiliriz.

Teknik kayıtlar ve yedekler
Saklama, ilgili altyapı sağlayıcılarının fiilî ayar ve politikalarına bağlıdır; sabit bir süre belirlemedik.
Destek yazışmaları
Talep sonuçlanana ve sonrasında ilgili bir uyuşmazlık ya da yasal yükümlülük için gerektiği sürece; ardından sağlayıcı yedekleri saklama kuralları hariç silinir.
Saklama süresi dolan kişisel veriler, KVKK ve Kişisel Verilerin Silinmesi, Yok Edilmesi veya Anonim Hale Getirilmesi Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.
12. Seçenekleriniz ve kontrolleriniz
YZ’yi kapalı tutun; YZ için cihazınızdan hiçbir şey çıkmaz. YZ trafiğini yalnızca sizinle sağlayıcınız arasında tutmak için BYOK kullanın.
Otomatik doldur düğmesini istediğiniz sitede gizleyin veya tamamen kapatın; ayarlardan iş bildirimlerini kapatın; Chrome’da bildirimleri engelleyin.
Chrome’da site erişimini sınırlayın (Uzantılar → AutoApply → Ayrıntılar → Site erişimi): “Tıklandığında” veya belirli siteler. Otomatik doldurma bu durumda yalnızca izin verdiğiniz yerlerde çalışır.
Tüm yerel verileri AutoApply ayarlarından dışa aktarın, içe aktarın veya silin.
Ayarlardan AutoApply hesabınızı silin. Bu işlem sunucudaki AutoApply hesabınızı ve kullanım kayıtlarınızı siler, varsa etkin AutoApply aboneliğinizi iptal eder ve o tarayıcı profilindeki AutoApply verilerini temizler. Diğer Orlikon hizmetleriyle ortak kullanılan giriş kimliğiniz ve o hizmetlerdeki hesaplarınız bu işlemle silinmez. Ortak giriş kimliğinizin silinmesini istemek için bizimle iletişime geçin. AutoApply’i başka tarayıcı profillerinde kullandıysanız oradaki yerel verileri de silin. Mevzuat gereği saklamamız gereken fatura kayıtları bölüm 11’de açıklandığı şekilde tutulur.
13. KVKK kapsamındaki haklarınız
Bu politika, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamındaki kişisel veri işleme faaliyetlerimizi açıklar. Veri sorumlusu Orlikon, LLC, ABD’dir. Kişisel verileriniz eklenti ve web sitesi aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda, ayrıca Stripe’tan ve (Google ile giriş yaparsanız) Google’dan bölüm 9’daki amaçlar ve hukuki sebeplerle toplanır. Bazı sağlayıcılar verileri yurt dışında işleyebilir; gerekli aktarım güvencelerinin doğrulanmadığı veya tamamlanmadığı bölüm 10’da açıklanmıştır.
KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca:

Başvurunuzu en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırırız; kanunen ücret alınmasına izin verilen hâller saklıdır. 14. GDPR ve UK GDPR kapsamındaki haklar
AEA’da veya Birleşik Krallık’ta bulunuyorsanız kişisel verilerinize erişme, bunları düzelttirme, sildirme, işlenmesini kısıtlama veya işlenmesine itiraz etme (meşru menfaate dayalı işleme dahil), veri taşınabilirliği ve rızaya dayalı işlemede rızanızı her zaman geri alma haklarına sahipsiniz. Hakkınızda hukuki veya benzer şekilde önemli etkiler doğuran, yalnızca otomatik işlemeye dayalı kararlar almayız. Ayrıca yerel veri koruma otoritenize (Birleşik Krallık’ta Information Commissioner’s Office) şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz. 15. Kaliforniya ve diğer ABD eyaletleri

16. Çocuklar
AutoApply 16 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır ve 16 yaşından küçük çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel veri verdiğini düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin; verileri sileriz.
17. Güvenlik
Eklenti, sunucularımız, Stripe ve YZ sağlayıcıları arasındaki tüm ağ trafiği HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir. Veritabanımız satır düzeyinde erişim denetimi uygular; böylece her hesap yalnızca kendi kayıtlarına erişebilir. Personel erişimi en az yetki ilkesine göre verilir; sağlayıcılarımız depolanan verileri şifreler. BYOK anahtarları cihazınızda şifrelenir ve eklenti, hassas oturum verilerine yalnızca kendi güvenilir sayfalarının erişmesine izin verir. Hiçbir sistem tamamen güvenli değildir; sizi etkileyen bir kişisel veri ihlali olursa, mevzuatın gerektirdiği şekilde sizi ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu dahil yetkili makamları bilgilendiririz.
