Each AI action — an answer, a cover letter, a job-fit check — uses AI credits; your balance is shown in settings. Rule-based autofill never uses credits. The final price, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout.

Privacy
Your job search stays yours
Your full profile, files and application history stay in your browser. When you choose an AI task, AutoApply sends only the data it needs; selected résumé or pitch-deck text is sent only when you ask AI to read that file.

FAQ
Questions people ask before installing
Does AutoApply submit applications for me?
No — never. AutoApply fills fields and attaches files, then stops. It doesn’t click Submit, Apply or Next buttons. You review the form and submit it yourself, every time. (It may click a form’s own “Add another” button to create rows for your work history or education.)
Which websites does it work on?
Any site with an application form. It has dedicated support for Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, iCIMS, Jobvite, BambooHR, Teamtailor, Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo and more, plus a general engine for company career pages — including forms embedded in iframes. Unusual custom widgets and CAPTCHAs will always need you.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed for basic Free autofill or BYOK. Google sign-in is required for your one-time free job-fit check (once per signed-in account) and for Pro.
What’s the difference between BYOK and Pro?
BYOK lets you use your own provider for AI answers, cover letters and résumé import. After sign-in, your account gets one first successful job-fit and eligibility analysis using 1 normal AI credit. A failed request returns the credit so you can retry. Further analyses require Pro, which also includes job matches and pitch-deck import.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, in Chrome’s extension storage. If you sign in for Pro, our servers hold only your account email, subscription status and AI usage counters — never the content of your requests. The privacy policy has the details.
What does the AI actually see?
Only the inputs needed for the action you start: form labels and options or questions, job-posting text, a shortened profile (excluding your phone, street address, date of birth and EEO answers), and a few relevant saved answers for open questions. If you ask AI to import a résumé or pitch deck, text extracted from the selected file is sent so it can be read; the original file stays in your browser.
Will employers know I used AutoApply?
AutoApply doesn’t add any label or watermark; you submit the form from your own browser like any other. AI drafts are a starting point — make them yours, and follow any rules an employer sets about using AI.
How do AI credits work?
Each AI action uses credits. One first successful job-fit and eligibility analysis is available per signed-in account and uses 1 normal AI credit. If it fails, the credit is returned and you can retry; after it succeeds, further analyses require Pro. New accounts may also receive a small amount of free AI credits after signing in. Rule-based autofill never uses credits.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open AutoApply settings, go to your account and choose “Manage billing”. Stripe’s billing portal opens, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Is AutoApply available in Turkish?
Yes. The interface is available in English, Turkish, German, French and Spanish, and AI answers are written in the language of the question unless you pick a different one in settings.
How are diversity (EEO) questions handled?
Voluntary self-identification answers are optional and default to “Decline to answer”. Whatever you choose is stored only on your device and is never included in AI requests or sent to our servers.
